Terms of work

Scope and price

Scope, price and deadline are always confirmed in writing in a proposal before work begins. Package prices (€190, €390, €690) are fixed for the confirmed scope. Work beyond that scope is agreed separately before it is carried out.

Payment

Half of the price is due after you approve the first version, the other half at launch. You pay nothing before the first proposal. We invoice in euros with a standard 14-day term.

Guarantee

You see the first version before any payment. If it does not fit, one complete redraw is included. If the second version does not fit either, the engagement ends and any amount already paid is refunded in full.

For thirty days after launch we fix errors and shortcomings free of charge.

Deadlines and cooperation

Stated deadlines run from the moment we have a confirmed brief and the necessary materials from you. Time spent waiting for your input or approval extends the deadline by the same amount.

Ownership and licences

Once the full price is paid, all outputs are yours, source files included. Domain and hosting are held in your name. Typefaces and libraries used are freely licensed or licensed for the purpose; if a paid licence were required, we tell you in advance.

What we do not do

Custom online shops, custom booking and ordering systems, management of large paid media budgets. In those cases we recommend an existing solution or another supplier.

References

We may present a finished project as a reference only with your written consent. Without consent we do not publish even the company name.

Governing law

The engagement is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes are first addressed by agreement.
