1. The first sentence
Within three seconds it must be clear what you do and for whom. “Solutions for your success” is not a first sentence, it is filler. “We repair automatic gearboxes in Nitra and the surrounding area” is a first sentence.
2. A price, or at least a range
The most common reason people do not send an enquiry is not a high price, it is an unknown price. You do not need a full price list. “A standard repair from €80” is enough, and it filters out people you would never have won anyway.
3. Proof that you exist
A photo of the premises, a person’s name, an address, three Google reviews. An anonymous business with stock imagery reads as a risk — and for a small business, risk costs more than price.
Design does not raise conversion. Distrust lowers it. Design is the tool that keeps you from losing trust.
4. One action per page
Call, write, or fill in a form — pick one primary action and push the rest down. Three equally loud buttons produce zero decisions.
5. Speed on a phone
Most visits come from mobile, often on a weak signal. Every extra second costs visitors. That is why we do not use heavy systems where a static page will do — and why speed can be measured, not just promised.
